Tasting Notes
- Colour: Clean, bright, with a lot of wine legs (glycerol). Medium robe, cherry red in the middle and ruby red in the rim of the wine glass, with iridescent tiles.
- Nose: Very fruit compote with balsamic floral nuances, spices, vanilla, cinnamon and white pepper. Toasted and roasted aromas, tinctured, smoked, cured. Intense and complex nose.
- Palate: Tannic, acid and structured. Very complex retro-olfaction, dominated by shades of ageing and spices, with a very elegant and polished final. Elegant and tasty after taste.
