The elaboration of the sardines in olive oil begins with the selection of the finest quality raw materials. SERRATS only produces small, fresh and the finest quality of sardines.

Once sardines are cut, their head are removed and cleaned manually. Sardines are steamed and later canned with olive oil. The time between the capture and canning of the Sardines is minimum in order to guarantee all their nutritional properties.
