Testing Notes
- Colour: a pale glittering yellow wine with good legs.
- Nouse: an attractive and potent aroma of white flowers, pear and vanilla with touches of citrus fruits.
- Mouth: it is well balanced and smooth with a slight flavour of spicy tannin and fruit resulting from the time spent in oak barrels and a pleasant touch of honey. A lingering aromatic aftertaste.
We recommend serving the wine at a temperature between 12ºC and 14ºC.
