Tasting Notes
- Colour: Clean, bright. Excellent wine legs (glycerol). High robe, cherry red with violet iridescence in the middle, and strawberry in the rim of the wine glass.
- Nose: Intense, complex and long nose. Ripe acid red fruits, floral balsamic notes, and spicy nuances: vanilla cocoa and bay leaf. Subtle roasted and terroir, well assembled with the fruit.
- Palate: Structured, tasty, with volume and density. Complex retro-olfaction with red fruit, spices, balsamic and dark cocoa. Intense and long fresh aftertaste.
