Tasting Notes
- Colour: Clean, bright. Excellent wine legs (glycerol). Medium robe, cherry red in the middle, and ruby red in the rim of the wine glass.
- Nose: Intense and very complex nose. Ripe red fruits and fruit compote, balsamic aromas, and spicy nuances: cinnamon, vanilla, ground paper and clove. Phenolic aromas followed by subtle, very elegant peat (terroir, truffle).
- Palate: Structured, tasty, with volume and density, edgeless. Complex retro-olfaction with red fruit compote, cocoa and toffee. Intense and long aftertaste, very elegant and polished.
