Tasting Notes
- Colour: straw yellow in colour with lively and bright greenish reflections.
- Nose: Intense, complex in nose in which both primary and tertiary aromas show through: varietal highlights of ripe apple and stone fruit, such as peach and medlar fruit –all combined with elegant mineral notes, well integrated into the whole.
- Palate: Great character, firmness and depth come through on the palate with enormous volume in the attack which shows fat and unctuousness with a good balance between acidity and varietal fruit. Great bottle-ageing potential.
