Pazo Señorians is a magnificent mansion built in the Galician countryside, the north-west corner of Spain, with all the charm and stateliness of bygone eras. It is located on Vilanoviña town (Rías Baixas) and covers an area of 8 hectares, 20 acres.
Its records testify that Pazo Señorians dates back to the 16th century. In 1980 the mansion was converted into a winery and is owned by a marriage who has been running its production of wine since 1989.
24 years later Pazo Señorians has gained a well-known reputation in Spain for the quality of its white wines. They execute a rigorous program of harvesting where each plot is worked separately and the Albariño grapes are closely observed with the aim to identify and to select only the best of them for the production. The result, distinguished and exquisite white wines.
