Due to its aroma, its refined taste, its smooth white meat and its properties, White Tuna from Bay of Biscay, is definitely the elitist fish of the tuna range.
The White Tuna of SERRATS is elaborated using White Tuna loins which are covered with a selected olive oil to keep its unique aroma and taste which reminds to the flavour of the sea .
