SERRATS only uses Anchovies of the finest quality captured in the best moment of the season, between April and June, in the Bay of Biscay.
Their anchovies are exquisite. They are elaborated by means of a meticulous and handmade process which maintains the original characteristics of the anchovies. Because of its meat and aromatic flavour, their Anchovies fillets are a delicacy.
The SERRATS‘ anchovies are carefully covered with a selected olive oil to keep all their natural properties from the sea.
