YELLOWFIN TUNA IN OLIVE OIL
Yellowfin Tuna is a migratory specie. Its habitat is the Tropical and Ecuatorial seas and because of the abundance of the specie is the fish most often used in preserves. Yellowfin tuna is similar to the White Tuna but more yellowish.
Once SERRATS has selected the best fishes, they cook it following a meticulous and handmade process. Then the Yellowfin Tuna is prepared and packaged covering it with a selected olive oil.
