2. Payment

2.1.	All rental payments are accepted in Sterling or Euros either by cheque or bank transfer.
2.2.	A 20% deposit payment is due immediately to confirm your reservation. The final balance is due 8 weeks prior to arrival
2.3.	Balance payment reminders will be issued by e-mail approximately 8 weeks prior to your arrival.
2.4.	The total rent is payable immediately in full for bookings made within 9 weeks of the Arrival Date.
